FIELD: means for metered powder material distribution from containers in food industry, provender milling and building.
SUBSTANCE: gate comprises crankshaft installed on bunker body, control rods pivotally connected with crankshaft and gate flaps, as well as power cylinder having shaft pivotally connected with crankshaft. In initial closed position gate flaps are closed. Force applied to the flaps for flap opening is transmitted to control rods and is directed along each control rod. However crankshaft mechanisms defined by control rods and crankshaft are in dead point positions since forces to be applied to control rods pass through axis of crankshaft rotation. That is why the gate flaps are prevented from opening under the action of above forces. As working body passes in the cylinder shaft projects out of the cylinder and crankshaft mechanism defined by cylinder and crankshaft provides crankshaft rotation. The flaps are brought into opened position. The flaps are closed by reverse shaft movement. At the same time the flaps are rotated correspondingly about their axes so that the flaps abut body neck, which results in labyrinth seal creation. To prepare the device to operation in gate closed state flaps are borne against body neck by adjusting cylinder shaft and control rod lengths.
EFFECT: increased operational accuracy and reliability independently of force applied by powder material falling into bunker.
