SUBSTANCE: bin 1 has neck with discharge hole, hinge-connected bottom 2, flat turnable gate 3 in form of bell crank connected with its drive made in form of power cylinder 7 controlled by distributor 8 with electromagnets 20 and 21. Electromagnet 20 is connected with contact 22 of pressure relay 14 placed in line 16 connecting distributor 8 with rod space 17 of cylinder 7 and adjusted to pressure corresponding to definite gravity of material in bin and electromagnet 21 is connected with contact 23 of limit switch 15 of extreme position of gate 3 when bin is opened.
