FIELD: chemical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention describes the novel synthetic porous crystalline material MCM-65 representing a molecular sieve, reaction mixture for preparing such material and using this material in processes of catalytic conversion of organic compounds. The crystalline material shows the specific roentgenogram and values of peaks intensity are given in the description. The reaction mixture for synthesis shows the following molar ratios: YO2/X2O3, from 10 to ∞; H2O/YO2, from 5 to 1000; OH-/YO2, from 0.1 to 2; M2/n/YO2, from 0.05 to 2; R'/Y, from 0.05 to 2; R;;/Y, from 0.05 to 2 wherein n means valence of alkaline of alkaline-earth metal M; R' and R'' mean quinuclidine and tetramethyl ammonium, respectively; X means trivalent element; Y means tetravalent element. The proposed material is stable thermically and effective in using as a hydroinsulating catalyst and in other processes of catalytic conversion.
