SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to synthesis of molecular sieves. Described is a molecular sieve designated as EMM-22, which on ignited basis has an X-ray pattern including the following peaks given in table 1:
Synthesis of the molecular sieve is performed using 1,4-bis(N-izopentilpyrrolidinium)butane cations as the directing reagent.
EFFECT: obtained product is recommended as an effective adsorbent and catalyst in organic compounds converting reactions.
