FIELD: construction industry, erection of monolithic reinforced concrete structures. SUBSTANCE: given forms include module symmetric frame boards and accessories. Accessories include scaffolds, angle braces, locks to join boards, aligning brackets with tightening beams. Frame boards carry plywood deck confined in frame coming in the form of tubes of various cross- sections made of pressed high-strength aluminum alloy. Contour rectangular profile of frame has walls of equal thickness. Lock recess in internal larger side of rectangle is produced in the form of semicircular depression which is connected to trough- shaped groove in larger side by means of strap forming roll in the form of truncated cone in point of connection. EFFECT: reduced usage of materials thanks to diminished dimensions of cross-sections of profiles of frame, raised resistance of forms to static loads, easy adaptability of forms to functional conditions. 2 dwg
