FIELD: technology for group addressing (broadcasting) in IP network.

SUBSTANCE: method allows quick identification of host, connecting to group or leaving a group with group addressing, active closure of presence of user in group through disconnection of a user, without influencing efficiency of broadcast. System and method for organization of controllable broadcasting, include Ethernet commutator, router with group addressing, server of portal and identification server (AAA server), Ethernet commutator is connected to each host of user in input line, connected to router with group addressing in output line. Ethernet commutator is utilized for broadcasting level exchange; portal server is utilized as interface for allowing access to user after identification, AAA server is utilized for storing data about privileges of user joining the group with group addressing; router with group addressing is connected to router with group addressing of another system in output line and operates in conjunction with AAA server for authorization of user joining a group with group addressing, on basis of privileges of aforementioned user, broadcasts control command in accordance to identification check results, and controls forwarding of broadcasting stream, performed by Ethernet commutator.

EFFECT: solved problems of identification and authorization, control over connection of sender and receiver to broadcast.
