SUBSTANCE: device has supporting base as plate, flexible membrane attached to the supporting base over perimeter building in this way sealed cavity, form-creating material placed on the membrane, pump connected to the sealed cavity and means for fixing membrane surface part on the supporting base in accordance with foot rest surface pattern. The means has pressure plates placed on the membrane and attached to the supporting base by means of fastening members. The pressure plates are shaped to mate the foot rest surface pattern.
