SUBSTANCE: device for corrected foot model forming includes basement carrying elastic membrane attached to it, molding material and pressure source connected to sealed cavity formed between basement and elastic membrane. Additionally the device includes front support platform fixing front part of elastic membrane surface to the basement, and rear support platform fixing rear part of elastic membrane surface to the basement. Front support platform can shift along elastic membrane surface.

EFFECT: reduced time of corrected foot model forming.
