SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technique, namely to method of manufacturing an individual orthopedic insole with a flat-valgus non-fixed deformation of the feet. Method includes uniform heating to the plastic state of the workpiece for an individual orthopedic insole cut from a flat material. Preform of the insole, heated to a plastic state, is placed on an elastic membrane filled with a loose filler emitting a natural relief. On top of the workpiece, the patient's foot is placed and loaded with the patient's own weight. Bulk filler in the shell takes the form of the sole area of the foot under load. Then the foot is removed from the vicious position by the doctor's fingers and the forefoot of the patient's foot is held by the area of the palm and the wrist joint. Further fix on the preheated workpiece in the corrected position before the workpiece cools.

EFFECT: technical result is increase in accuracy of the relief of the plantar part of the foot and a shorter manufacturing time for the insole.
