FIELD: liquid spraying equipment, particularly adapted to spray desirably quantity of liquid during short time period to create gas-droplet jet having high kinetic energy and used, for instance, in fire-fighting.
SUBSTANCE: spraying device comprises outlet gas-liquid nozzle 1 communicated with mixing chamber, which mixes gas and liquid 2 so that outlet mixing chamber orifice is aligned with inlet orifice of outlet nozzle orifice and mixing chamber is connected with liquid vessel and compressed gas cylinder via pipelines. Outlet end of gas pipeline 4 is made as gas-dynamic nozzle 3. Gas pipeline 3 is coaxially arranged inside liquid pipeline 5. Outlet orifice of liquid pipeline forms inlet orifice of mixing chamber, which is coaxial to outlet orifice of the chamber and to gas-dynamic nozzle. Valve 9 having low dynamic resistance is installed between outlet and outlet orifices of the mixing chamber and provides simultaneous opening and closing of liquid and gas pipelines when pressure is applied to triggering device bail.
EFFECT: increased operational efficiency, simplified structure and improved reliability.
