SUBSTANCE: device comprises gas-and-liquid outlet nozzle, gas-and-liquid mixing chamber, gas-dynamic nozzle for gas flow acceleration up to supersonic velocity, gas pipeline for high-pressure gas flow supply to gas-dynamic nozzle, liquid pipeline for liquid supply to mixing chamber, device holding handle, triggering clip for device activation, valve for simultaneous opening/closing of liquid and gas pipelines, spring to return valve into initial position, Hartmann oscillator for ultrasound generation, contraction tube, pipe, which connects contraction tube and diffuser of gas-and-liquid outlet nozzle to create gas-and-droplet jet having high kinetic energy.
