FIELD: electronic industry; methods of manufacture of the liquid-crystal cells for mesomorphic instruments.

SUBSTANCE: the invention presents the method of manufacture of the liquid-crystal cells for mesomorphic instruments, The method provides for: the treatment of the mesomorphic instruments with the solution containing polyorganosiloxane; the presence of the electrode current-conducting cards, between which the liquid crystal is placed; the subsequent withdrawal of the solvent and solidification of the polyorganosiloxane, where in the capacity of polyorganosiloxane use oligoalkylhydrosiloxane of the general formula: [R12SiO]m[R2HSiO]n [R1C8H17SiO]p[R3R4R5SiO0.5]2 , (I), whereR1=CH3, C2H5, R2=CH3, C2H5, R3=CH3, C2H5, m=5-7, n=6-8, p=0-5. At addition of the curing agent - γ-aminopropyltri ethoxy silane in the amount of 3-5 mass % from the amount of oligoalkylhydrosiloxane (I). The technical result of the invention is production of the film, which provides the homogeneous stable in time homeotropical orientation of the liquid crystals in the conditions of the temperature difference within the interval from minus 60°С up to plus 90°С and at humidity of up to 100 % it preserves the orientational properties.

EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the film providing the homogeneous stable in time homeotropical orientation of the liquid crystals within the temperatures from minus 60°С up to plus 90°С and at humidity of up to 100 %.
