FIELD: oil processing industry; methods of production of the paraffin waxes.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of oil processing industry, in particular, to the method of production of the deparaffinated oils and the paraffin waxes. The invention provides, that the oils and the paraffin waxes are produced by the step-by-step mixture of the paraffin-containing raw materials with the liquid coolant representing the cooled dissolvent, in the multisectional vertical apparatus - the crystallizer - due to the pulsation action on the whole volume of the raw stock which is filling in the crystallizer, ensuring the reciprocal motion of the raw stock in the cross-flows between the sections, with the simultaneous continuous feeding in these cross-flows of the cold dissolvent. The produced suspension after additional cooling to the required temperature is filtered in some stages functionally divided into the stages of the paraffin raw deparaffination and deoiling of the gatch (paraffin slack wax). The deposit from the final filtration step of the deparaffination stage is heated to the temperature exceeding a fusion point of the present there paraffin, and the gained solution is fed into the second crystallizer operating according to the above indicated principle; and the formed suspension is subjected to filtration on the next step of the deoiling stage. After regeneration of the solvent from the products of the filtration produce the deparaffinated oils and the paraffin waxes. The technical result of the invention is the decreased share of in the oil content in paraffin, reduction of the stages of filtration and reduction of the used amount of the dissolvent.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the decreased share of in the oil content in paraffin, reduction of the stages of filtration and reduction of the used amount of the dissolvent.
