FIELD: mechanical engineering; aviation; manufacture of turbine blades from high-temperature casting nickel alloys.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes forming cermet layer made from nickel alloy on external surface of blade fin followed by sedimentation of first layer of condensed coat on nickel alloy and base and second layer on base of aluminum in vacuum. Cermet layer made from nickel alloy contains aluminum and refractory metals. This layer is obtained through introduction of nitrogen-containing gas into vacuum at pressure of (0.1-5)x10-1 Pa. Nickel alloy from which first condensed layer of coat is made contains aluminum and refractory metals. After sedimentation of said layers, vacuum annealing is performed. According to some versions of invention, thickness of cermet layer ranges from 10 to 30 mcm. Nitrogen or mixture of nitrogen with inert gas is used as nitrogen-containing gas.

EFFECT: reduced thickness of secondary reaction zone; enhanced durability and heat resistance of alloy.
