FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in ion-plasma sedimentation of internal layer of coating out of heat resistant alloy on nickel base in vacuum, in sedimentation of external layer of coating out of alloy on aluminium base containing nickel, silicon and boron, and in vacuum annealing of blade with coating. Before sedimentation of internal layer of coating surface of blade point is modified with carbon, so in a surface layer of heat resistant nickel alloy there occurs interaction of carbon with carbide forming elements of alloy and there are formed disperse distributed carbides of nano-dimension. Sedimentation of internal layer of coating out of heat resistant alloy on base of nickel containing at least cobalt, chromium, aluminium and yttrium is performed at assisting with gas ion beams and periodic supply of carbon containing gas. Surface of blade point is modified in flow of carbon ions with power 30-40 keV and density of power 6-8 Wt /cm2 or in carbon powder at temperature 1000°C and degree of saturation 2-5 g/m2.
EFFECT: procedure is used for long-term protection of turbine blades from sulphide and high temperature gas corrosion.
