FIELD: mechanical engineering; aircraft industry; power industry; methods of protection of the blades of the gaseous turbine.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of mechanical engineering and may be used in the aircraft and power turbine construction at manufacture of the turbines rotor blades with monocrystal structure consisting of the high-share rhenium high-temperature castable nickel alloys. The method provides for formation of the cermet layer made out of the nickel alloy containing aluminum and the carbide-forming components by injection in the vacuum of the carbon-containing gas at the pressure of (0.1-5) · 10-1 Pa. Then conduct the sedimentation in the vacuum onto the exterior surface of the blade end part of the first (root) layer of the condensed coating made out of the nickel alloy containing aluminum and the carbide-forming components. Then conduct the sedimentation of the second layer made out of the an alloy on the basis of aluminum. After sedimentation of the pointed layers conduct the vacuum annealing. In the particular cases of realization of the given invention the depth of the cermet layer makes 10-50 microns. In the capacity of the carbon-containing gas use the gaseous hydrocarbons or their mixture with the inert gas. The technical result of the invention is the increased service life and heat-resistance of the alloy.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased service life and heat-resistance.
