FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in automatic machines for accurate relative positioning of working members with rotating, oscillating and translational motions. Proposed mechanism contains driving crank 1 and driven member 2 hinge-connected with post 3 and connecting rod 4 into four-link closed mechanical system. Length of driving crank 1 is greater than distance between axles of rotation of driving crank 1 and driven member 2. Driven member 2 is made in form of driven crank 2 whose length is equal to distance between axles of rotation of driving and driven cranks. Resilient member 5 is installed between driving crank 1 and connecting rod 4. Driving crank 1 and driven member 2 can be made in form of two-arm lever and mechanically connected with movable base which is hinge-mounted relative to post 3 for angular turning and subsequent fixing relative to post. Mechanism can be furnished with two-position extreme stops.
EFFECT: enlarged mechanical capabilities of mechanism, simplified design, prevention of dynamic impacts between members, provision of smooth operation, reliability and quick action.
