FIELD: processes for preparing liquid fuel to combustion.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of draining fuel such as fuel oil at preheating it from tank through draining trough into intermediate vessel; pumping fuel oil from intermediate vessel by means of submerged pumps into ground reservoir; supplying fuel oil from ground reservoir by means of jet pump through pre-heater into boiler room fuel oil conduits to which burners or jets of boilers are directly connected; in necessary places of preparation system filtering fuel oil through mechanical filters. Fuel oil is preheated in tank, ground reservoir and pre-heaters with use of steam fed from boiler room along pipelines. Condensate from tank, ground reservoir and pre-heaters is collected through condensate traps in condensate tub. It is possible to realize recirculation preheating of fuel in ground reservoir along fuel return pipeline while using locking and adjusting fittings for controlling feed of fuel, steam and condensate accumulation. Recirculation is performed from self-cleaning fine filter at simultaneously preheating it. Non-filtered part of fuel is fed to nozzle of jet pump that sucks fuel from fuel return line after jets and it is returned to ground reservoir. With use of other jet pump fuel is sucked to fuel feed line into jets through rotor type homogenizing apparatus where first step of homogenization is performed. Then through coarse filter fuel is fed to pump for feeding fuel to first-stage pre-heater serving also as second-stage homogenizing apparatus. Then fuel is fed to self-cleaning fine filter serving also as second-stage pre-heater and to preheating-homogenizing apparatus of third-stage preheating and homogenization and further to jets. Invention allows use as fuel not only fuel oil but also mixture of fuel oil with oil- containing residues and highly concentrated oil-containing waters.

EFFECT: enhanced ecology of method due to improved quality of homogenization realized at simultaneously preheating fuel till predetermined temperature.
