FIELD: measuring equipment engineering, possible use for diagnostics of isolation of windings of three-phased electric motors.

SUBSTANCE: device contains generator of rectangular impulses, synchronization block, periods detector, first and second analog commutators, period duration counter, clock impulse generator, first and second amplitude detectors, first and second generators, controlled by voltage, control block, decoder-counter, liquid-crystalline indicator. Synchronization device and periods detector are serially connected to output of winding of electric motor. Input of synchronization block is connected to output of electric motor winding, while output of synchronization device is connected to input of periods detector. First inputs of first and second analog commutators are connected to output of synchronization block, and second inputs are connected to first and second outputs of periods detector.
