FIELD: measuring equipment engineering, possible use for diagnostics of isolation of windings of three-phased electric motors.

SUBSTANCE: in accordance to invention, device contains generator of rectangular impulses, meant for connection to winding of electric motor, synchronization block and analog-digital converter, serially connected by their inputs to clamp of electric motor winding. First input of analog-digital converter is connected to output of synchronization block. First input of block for synchronization of interfaces is connected to output of analog-digital converter, first output - to second input of analog-digital converter, second input - to output of personal computer, second output - to input of rectangular impulse generator.
