FIELD: metal working.
SUBSTANCE: head comprises two guiding rings with faceted openings. The rings are mounted inside the race coaxially to the sleeves for permitting change and locking the mutual angular position. The race is mounted on the outer sleeve by means of bearings. The pivots of the tie receive rollers that can roll over the surface of the openings in the guiding rings. The rollers are in a contact with the different guiding rings, and the distance between the axes of the rollers is equal to the length of the chord of the arc defined by the half turn of the profile of this trajectory on the middle of the circumference of the trajectory of their motion. In addition, the head is provided with pairs of connecting rods. The race is composed of three rings interconnected through two pairs of belt springs mounted mutually perpendicular. The race is provided with the stop pin and torsion spring interposed between the sleeves.
