FIELD: food industry; air evacuation devices; storage of food products.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains vacuum pump set into operation by rotation. Device is made in form of attachment of hand electric appliance, for instance, rod mixer of hand agitator and is provided with connecting member for shaft which is made for connection with drive shaft of appliance and by means of which vacuum pump is set into operation. Vacuum pump is made in form of pump with rotor arranger inside graphite ring and provided with plates placed inside rotor slots for sliding towards inner wall of ring and made of graphite.
EFFECT: provision of powerful pumping out of air from container to be evacuated.
