FIELD: hermetical packaging of product. SUBSTANCE: mixer has housing, electric engine, speed gear box, ejector and sleeve receptacles and is further provided with head for creating vacuum in container. Head has cover with sealing gasket and valve and separable casing incorporating air admission valve, pressure sensor and vacuum membrane pump with shaft. Shaft is positioned with its one end into sleeves of faceplate provided with retaining projection. Other end of shaft has sealing ring and three through openings made in inner surface restricted with sealing ring. Openings are adapted to provide communication of pressure sensor, vacuum membrane pump and air admission valve with evacuated cavity. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and improved quality of sealed package. 6 cl, 1 dwg
