FIELD: packing and transportation of packed goods.
SUBSTANCE: proposed bale has packing density not less than 300 kg/m3. Bale is fully wrapped in mechanically self-carrying elastic packing material provided with one or several convective tight joints. Upper and lower sides of bale are made flat so that if non-opened bale is placed on horizontal plane, flat plate completely covering the bale can press on upper side of bale at normal force of 100 N acting center and at least 90% of surface of bale upper side are located at maximum distance of 40 mm from flat plate. Method of making such bale is described in invention.
EFFECT: prevention of difficulties in carriage, swelling on bales and constrictions hampering unwinding of filtering material.
