FIELD: feed production, in particular, mineral feed additives for laying hens.
SUBSTANCE: method involves using as feed additive alumina production wastes such as belite sludge in combination with pentahydrate of sulfuric acid manganese, pentahydrate sulfuric acid copper, sulfuric acid zinc, used in the following ratio, g/kg: 937.1:23.9:1.5:37.5, respectively. Feed additive is introduced into main ration in an amount of 0.14-0.16% by weight of main ration beginning from 104-106 day age of laying hen up to end of egg laying period.
EFFECT: increased egg bearing capacity of laying hens.
