FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has supporting part and measuring units moveable relative to it. The supporting part has removable spectacle rim of individually fitted width. The rim is fixable in occipital zone with flexible belts coming together in T-shaped way from nasal bridge and ear members of the rim having removable attachment members for varying ear members positions relative to upper ear edge. The measuring units are designed as two vertical rods fixed on the rim and rigidly connected to horizontally arranged U-shaped frames from above and from below. The middle portion of the U-shaped frames is arranged frontally and serves as separation member and is extensible on one side and has slits matching the nasal bridge center of the corresponding rim in sagittal plane. All parts of the U-shaped frames are rulers of millimeter scale. The vertical rods have rulers of millimeter scale rotatable about them, their length being set in correspondence with the distance between the U-shaped frames.

EFFECT: reliable support not hindering one in studying maxillofacial zone in details; high accuracy of measurements.
