SUBSTANCE: invention refers to orthodontics and can be applied for control of superior dental arch correction. The Hawley-Herber-Herbst diagram of patient's superior dental arch is plotted. The references are: the area of each segment ABC and ABD is equal to 0.52 r2, the area of each segment CBON and DBOP is equal to 1.98 r2, the predicted length of dental arch - 5.92 r, the predicted length of a half of dental arch 2.96 r, the predicted length SA 1.05 r and AD 1.05 r, the predicted length CN - 1.91 r, and length DP - 1.91 r, where r is a radius of the circle centred in V. The therapeutic effect is determined in dynamics by approximating the actual values to those required. EFFECT: method allows improving for objective estimate of dental arch and teeth condition.
