FIELD: rescue equipment used for evacuation of people from high-story objects during fires.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has sectioned flexible hose made from film or knitted fabric. There is people accommodating device located within flexible hose and made in the form of enclosures manufactured from gastight material, said enclosures acquiring cylindrical spiral shape upon inflating thereof. Each of spiral-shaped enclosures is made sealed at its one end and is connected with excessive pressure source at other end of section. Spiral-shaped enclosures allow flexible hose construction to become bulky owing to stretching of hose. Also, spiral- shaped enclosure serves as steps for people to be evacuated. Cables of different length attached by means of loops on hose outer or inner side are connected with winch and allow hose to be controlled, turned in vertical plane or at an angle to ground surface. Cable may be also arranged centrally of spiral-shaped enclosure and fixed thereon. Apparatus may be lowered from helicopter or plane, or may be thrown over, for example, from one vehicle onto other vehicle. Apparatus is further equipped with anchor attachment and telescopic arm, which are positioned in top part of apparatus and adapted for attachment to emergency object. Hose is equipped with devices extending along the entire length thereof and allowing it to be attached to vertical surface.

EFFECT: simplified construction and improved mobility of apparatus providing effective and safe lowering of people.
