FIELD: transportation; rescue operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, namely, to device for evacuation of passengers with limited capacity for independent movement. Device for independent evacuation of passengers with limited capabilities from railway cars includes a storage casing, in which there is a mat associated with the gas filling bottle. According to the invention, in the storage housing, a telescopic frame is additionally installed, with the possibility of its movement to the evacuation exit along the vertical carriages guides by means of two gas springs installed on the casing side walls, wherein the telescopic frame is provided with a fixed and a movable frame, with possibility of its overturning outside the car, which is connected to the mat on the inner side, and to the capsule connected to the sleeve on the outer side.
EFFECT: possibility of independent, fast and safe evacuation of passengers with disabilities in case of emergency.
