FIELD: apparatuses for twisting parts, possibly in aircraft engine manufacture.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes member for fixing basic cross section of blade, lodgment for end cross section of blade and additional ligaments for intermediate cross sections of blade. Each lodgment may be moved along circumference by means of mechanism for moving ligaments. Each lodgment has groove whose cross section is similar to that of untwisted blade. Point around which each lodgment may be moved along circumference coincides with mass center of blade section of said lodgment. Mechanism for moving ligaments includes pairs of toothed rack with main teeth and gear wheels to which ligaments are secured according to condition of matching gear wheel center with mass center of blade of respective lodgment. Each gear wheel and each lodgment have parting in plane passing through line parallel relative to gear wheel axis and through line normal relative to gear wheel axis and passing in points of groove walls maximally spaced one from other. Toothed racks of rack pair are arranged at different sides from parting plane and their main teeth are in engagement with gear wheels. Gear wheels may perform circumference motion and toothed racks may perform reciprocation motion.
EFFECT: improved accuracy of producing blades whose mass centers are shifted from part axis.
