SUBSTANCE: device comprises a housing, vane base section fixing unit formed by two lodgements, clamp of intermediate sections formed by lodgements enclosing sections of the middle zone of the vane feather from the side of back and trough, a clamp of end section formed by two lodgements with a possibility of their circumferential movement. Lodgements are connected to rods of the respective hydraulic cylinders. The lodgements enclosing the sections of the middle zone of the vane feather from the side of the back are rigidly fixed to each other and form a stamp punch engraving, and the lodgements enclosing the sections of the middle zone of the vane feather from the side of the trough are rigidly fixed to each other and form the stamp matrix engraving. The punch and the matrix form the unit of calibration of the middle zone of the vane feather together with the respective hydraulic cylinders. Lodgements of the end section clamp are rigidly connected with a gear wheel and form a unit for screwing of vane feather end section with the corresponding hydraulic cylinders. The axle of the gear wheel is combined with the axle of the end screwed section of the vane feather, and the gear wheel is connected with the device drive. There is also a brake.

EFFECT: expansion of technological capabilities and improvement of accuracy of relative positioning of the screwed vane feather sections with reference to its base section.
