FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises the blade base cross section retainer and pair of support assemblies for blade pressure surface and suction face. Every pair of support assemblies is located inside its gear wheel to move around the centre of mass of the blade pressure surface by means of a fear mechanism. There is a mechanism to align centres of mass of the gear wheels with those of the blade sections being twisted. The said mechanism includes gear wheel casings fitted onto the guides in contact with the former via replaceable bushes arranged off-centre relative to the guides. The eccentricity equals to the distance between the centre of wheel located in the centre of masses of cross section being twisted and the device axis passing through the centre of masses of base cross section and in parallel to the guides.
