FIELD: rubber industry.
SUBSTANCE: in particular, invention relates to rubber compound for manufacturing butadiene/nitrile rubber-based insertion-type rubber products for fuel and oil systems of motor transport. Rubber compound containing 30.00 wt parts of paraffinate butadiene/nitrile rubber and 0.30 wt parts of high-saturation hydrogenated (degree of hydrogenation 93-99%) butadiene/nitrile rubber having 18% of acrylonitrile additionally includes, wt parts: sulfur 0.30, magnesium oxide 2.00, zinc oxide 5.00, carbon black P-803 50.00, carbon black P-514 25.00, dibutyl sebacate 10.00, Peroxymon F-40 10.00, Diaphen FP 1.50, and acetoanyl R 1.00. Such composition of rubber compound provides effective oil, frost, and heat resistances to rubber and resistance thereof to ozone and thermal ageing, which makes it possible for hose-shaped rubber products to have long-term (up to 15 years) service durability.
EFFECT: improved consumer's property of rubber.
