FIELD: rubber industry.
SUBSTANCE: in particular, invention relates to rubber compound for manufacturing epichlorhydrin rubber-based shield-type rubber products for fuel and oil systems of motor transport. Rubber compound containing 50.00 wt parts of epichlorhydrin rubber and 50.00 wt parts of propylene oxide rubber additionally includes, wt parts: sulfur 1.10, magnesium oxide 1.00, zinc oxide 5.00, carbon black P-803 75.00, carbon black P-324 15.00, dibutyl sebacate 8.00, stearin 1.00, Captax 0.80, thiuram 0.50, and nickel dibutyl dithiocarbamate 1.00. Such composition of rubber compound provides effective oil, frost, and heat resistances to rubber and resistance thereof to ozone and thermal ageing, which makes it possible for hose-shaped rubber products to have long-term (up to 15 years) service durability.
EFFECT: improved consumer's property of rubber.
