FIELD: metallurgy; composition of alloyed austenitic steels.
SUBSTANCE: proposed austenitic steel contains the components at the following ratio, mass-%: carbon, 0.04-0.08; silicon, 0.30-0.70; manganese, 0.50-0.90; chromium, 10.00-13.00; nickel, 18.00-20.00; titanium, 1.50-2.50; aluminum, 0.15-0.70; nitrogen, 0.002-0.01; cerium, 0.01-0.05; the remainder being iron; Cr: (C+N)≥158 and (Ti+Al)=1.80-2.70. Content of admixtures is limited as follows: Pb≤0.003; Sn≤0.))5; Sb≤0.005; Zn≤0.005; Bi≤0.0002 and (Pb+Sn+Sb+Zn)/Ce≤0.8.
EFFECT: enhanced technological ductility at hot deformation and improved welding properties; enhanced resistance to inter-crystalline corrosion.
