FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat-resistant alloys, use for production of reaction tubes of coils of plants for production of ethylene, etc, gas processing plants with working modes at a temperature of 950÷1100 °C and pressure of up to 10 atm. Alloy contains component in following ratio, wt%: carbon 0.40-0.50; chromium 24.0-28.0; nickel 34.0-36.0; niobium 1.30-1.70; cerium 0.08-0.12; silicon 1.8995-2.39; manganese 0.0505-0.51; vanadium 0.0005-0.20; titanium 0.0005-0.10; aluminium 0.0005-0.10; yttrium > 0-0.001; oxygen > 0.0005-0.028; hydrogen > 0.0005-0.0025; nitrogen > 0.0005-0.095; sulphur ≤ 0.03; phosphorus ≤ 0.03; lead ≤ 0.009; tin ≤ 0.009; arsenic ≤ 0.009; zinc ≤ 0.009; antimony ≤ 0.009; molybdenum ≤ 0.2; copper ≤ 0.1, iron - balance. For alloy components, following conditions are satisfied, wt%: (CrE/NiE) ≥ 0.619; (S + P) ≤ 0.025 where CrE - equivalent of chromium; NiE - equivalent of nickel; CrE=Cr+2×Al+3×Ti+V+Mo+1.6×Si+0.6×Nb; NiE=Ni+32×C+0.6×Mn+22×N+Cu.
EFFECT: increased structural stability of alloy in process of ageing, as well as reduced tendency to formation of hot cracks during welding.
