SUBSTANCE: device can be used for improving truth of measuring of real consumption of electric energy. Multiple electrode composition electric heater is made to follow shape of carrier surface of Carbolite case of three-phase induction meter. The meter can be installed among three pairs of braces provided with connecting aids to fix Carbolite case of three-phase induction meter in separate metering distribution board. Temperature regulator is made in form of mechanical thermal relay mounted inside automatic switch and it is connected with multiple electrode composition electric heater through the switch.

EFFECT: reduced power intensity.
