THERMAL ITEM WITH ADDITIONAL PREMISES Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC F24D3/00

Abstract RU 2647774 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: heat station has building structures that form a room with controls for centralized heat supply to geographically remote consumers and individual heat supply of consumers in the additional premises formed together with the heat point. Heat station contains the supply and the return pipelines connected to the mains of the territorial heating network, the first and the second plate heat exchangers of the first and the second stages, respectively, of hot water supply, and the third and the fourth plate heat exchangers are connected in parallel with the inlet and outlet nozzles. In the pipelines, the first and the second, and the third, respectively, pump units are provided. Heat energy accounting unit includes the first, the second, the third flowmeters with resistance thermometers and a heat meter for processing the readings of flowmeters and thermometers. Thermal energy meter includes the sixth and the seventh flowmeters with resistance thermometers and a heat calculator for processing the readings of flowmeters and thermometers. On the pipeline are consistently installed a crane, a rough filter, a fine filter, the first flowmeter of the unit, and on the return pipeline a filter, a tap and a second flowmeter of the unit are installed, the third flowmeter of which is included in the make-up pipeline. At the output of the first of the meters of the thermal energy meter, a pressure differential pressure regulator is installed, controlled by the differential pressure in the supply and return pipelines. On the supply pipeline, a first regulating valve is installed in front of the inlet connection of the primary heat-transfer medium of the second heat exchanger, and a second regulating valve is connected to the third and fourth heat exchangers, which are connected to each other by the primary coolant inlet connections.

EFFECT: technical result is to reduce heat losses, increase reliability and automation, reduce the size of equipment; thus the claimed technical solution allows to combine in one construction design the functions of joint automated control, control and operation of a central and individual heat point.
