FIELD: medicine; medical devices for blood taking and transfusion.

SUBSTANCE: device for taking blood has tube which has case and internal cavity, injection needle and needle for connecting tube with blood container. Device is disposed in package. Injection needle intends for connection to one ends of case of tube or it is connected with other end of tube's case. Needle for connecting tube with blood container intends for connecting to other end of tube's case or it is connected with other end of tube's case. Tube's case has at least two areas, which have different values of extension strength or/and different values of maximal forces, which strengths can be endurable for identical elements of the areas without being destroyed. Device can be used when there is no option for making pressure drop in the blood vessel/ blood taking device/blood container assembly as the possibility of eased shortening of blood is provided before blood taking resulted in reduce in blood's dynamic resistance. Blood losses are reduced when small volume of blood is taken due to reduction of volume of tube before blood taking. Special lamp can be used for closing tube during procedure. Internal surface of the device can be easily accessed.
