SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine and veterinary in relation to sampling, storage and transportation of blood or serum samples for further carrying out the analysis of the material for the content of biologically active substances. A set contains a packing box, one device for skin puncturing and obtaining blood drops, a container with an antiseptic preparation, a working card, a holder for drying working cards, an order form for carrying out laboratory tests of a required number of blood samples, a polymer container for the provision of preservation of the working cards with dried blood samples, a mail envelope, providing an external cover for the polymer container with the working card and the order form in the process of their transportation or mail delivery, as well as an instruction to the set.
EFFECT: increase of storage and transportation reliability is achieved.
