FIELD: construction industry; systems, devices and methods for shaking-out of the bulk materials chocking-ups.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents the system, the pneumoimpulsive device and the method for shaking-out of the bulk materials chocking-ups in the distribution bins consisting of the container for the compressed air made in the form of the pipe, the pneumoimpulsive devices connected to the container, the bulk materials chocking-ups sensor of units of hovering of the loose material and the control unit, to which the sensor signals come and which sends the control commands to the valves of the pneumoimpulsive devices. Each pneumoimpulsive device contains the quick-acting valve and the trunk, the length of which at the given internal diameter and the preset time of the valve opening is sampled so, that to ensure formation of a shock wave in the trunk for effective shaking-out of the bulk materials chocking-ups.
EFFECT: the invention ensures effective shaking-out of the bulk materials chocking-ups.
