FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: starting set has compressed gas reservoir, outlet chamber connected with reservoir through main valve which has seat forming straight-way circular passage between reservoir and outlet chamber, hollow cylindrical body located in reservoir which is open on side of straight-way circular passage and coaxial relative to it; cylindrical body is connected with compressed gas source and with atmosphere through starting valve fitted with trigger; starting set is also provided with movable cutout device which closes straight-way circular passage under action of compressed gas pressure in hollow cylindrical body. Starting valve has first chamber connected with chamber of cylindrical body of main valve, second chamber connected with atmosphere, straight-way circular passage between first and second chambers forming the seat for starting valve, hollow cylindrical body located in first chamber coaxially relative to straight-way circular passage and open on its side and connected with compressed gas source and with atmosphere through trigger device and movable cutout. Seats of main and starting valves are formed by at least two circular projections located at distance from each other; cutouts are mounted telescopically on respective cylindrical bodies. Each cutout has dome-shaped portion facing the straight-way circular passage; when main and starting valves are in closed position, dome-shaped portions of cutouts tightly fay to respective circular projections of seats under action of pressure of compressed gas. Formed between each cylindrical portion and corresponding cylindrical body are clearances for flow of compressed gas from chamber of cylindrical body of starting valve to reservoir through its first chamber and chamber of cylindrical body of main valve.
