FIELD: aviation, automobile construction and mechanical engineering, in particular, processes for eliminating defects in soldered joints, more particular, pipeline system joints.
SUBSTANCE: method involves heating defective soldered joint to solder melting temperature; additionally exposing said soldered joint to supersonics providing frequency of 20-30 kHz during 15-30 s. Method allows standard supersonic equipment of domestic production to be used.
EFFECT: substantial reduction in number of rejected joints and reduced production costs by utilizing easily available equipment.
