FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method may be used in production of thin-wall diverse rings (tubes) to be used in heat power engineering, aircraft engineering, etc. Process mandrel with annular groove is fitted into cylindrical steep part to make packet together with said steel part. Said cylindrical steel part and said mandrel are heated to melt fusion temperature. Solder is fed into said pocket to place cylindrical titanium part into pocket with fused melt. Soldering is carried out in revolving titanium part. Jointed parts are air cooled. Soldered part wall allowance is cut off inner and outer walls along with process mandrel. Soldered surface of part and mandrel may be pre-tinned. Soldered surface of titanium part is pre-coated with nickel to be diffusion-baked in vacuum at 500°C for 30 min.

EFFECT: higher quality of soldered joint.
