FIELD: transport engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comes to preliminary setting of maximum values of transmission control parameters, measuring of load parameters. Conversion them into setting and control signals and maintaining control parameters at level set by driver. For this purpose maximum value of control setting signal is set preliminarily, action of driver onto control member is measured, and setting signal is formed proportionally to result of measurement within the limits of preliminarily set maximum value of control setting, feedback signal is formed and compared with setting signal with obtaining of resulting difference comparison signal which acts onto operating devices of transmission. In process of control, value of vehicle running conditions parameter is determined additionally, and value of control setting signal is corrected as a function of said parameter. For this purpose correction setting signal value is preset which is proportional to preset value of skidding, value of skidding is measured and signal proportional to said value is formed. Value of this signal is compared with preset value of correction setting signal with obtaining of resulting comparison signal of correction which acts onto control setting signal to change its value.
EFFECT: provision of preset most advantageous value of skidding of propulsors owing to automatic adaptive control of vehicle at starting off and acceleration.
