FIELD: building, particularly to drive and remove large-diameter shell-type piles from ground during pile foundation erection.
SUBSTANCE: vibratory plant comprises vibroexciter with drive composed of two motors, main gripper used as vibroexciter base and fastening means, which fixes vibroexciter to shell-type piles. The vibroexciter is made as two eccentric blocks connected with each other by synchronizing shafts. Each eccentric block includes two cams freely put on stationary axis and connected with drive by tooth-wheels to provide synchronous rotation thereof in mutually opposite directions. Main gripper is provided with fixed thrust and movable wedge-like shoes connected to hydraulic cylinders. Vibroexciter has additional gripper abutting vibroexciter through damping pad and connected to main gripper by means of hydraulic power cylinders and spring-loaded cushion with hydraulic jacks to provide indexed vibroexciter displacement along shell-type pile during pile driving in ground and removal from ground.
EFFECT: increased capacity and reduced costs of works and equipment necessary for foundation erection.
