FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular, to the pile foundations arrangement from the driven (jacked) piles in punched (sunken) wells with the broadened base, preferably in weak waterlogged and water saturated soils using the flexible elastic shells. Driven pile arrangement method by the well formation by punching or its sinking using the piercing driving shoe and casing, the casing removal, filling the well with backfill, prefabricated reinforced concrete pile immersion into the backfilled material, broadened base formation from the hard soil material in the well lower part above the piercing shoe. Well punching or sinking is performed by the casing with the piercing shoe at the bottom, with elastic sheath attached thereto from the outside of the casing. After the well formation, in the open from the top piercing shoe inner cavity the broadening shoe is installed. Filling the hard soil material into the casing lower part above the broadening shoe, above which the loose or hard soil material is backfilled. Removing casing with the well filling with it to its full height, after which the pile is dipped into the well with the broadened base formation in the lower part and the loose or hard soil material compaction in the elastic sheath and additional compacted zone formation around the well.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the foundation reliability, bearing capacity, expansion of the application field by the soil conditions and thereby increase in the pile foundations efficiency in punched (sunken) wells in weak wet (waterlogged) and water saturated soils by excluding the ingress of underground, including aggressive waters into the punched (sunken) well in the process of well creation and the pile driving.
