FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises disk provided with the projection and rubber seal laid on the projection. The seal is pressed to the projection made of steel belt and welded to the disk by means of capron rope and extension spring provided with clamps and secured in the loops at the ends of the rope. The disk with seals is tightly pressed to the outer side of the pipe for permitting tight plugging of opening in the pipe by means of two extension springs with clamps arranged horizontally and parallel one with respect to the other on the back side of the disk.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
