FIELD: pipeline engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises expandable flexible chamber secured to the central pin of the rotatable unit and bearing extensible member composed of tabs that are in a contact one with the other. The tabs are arranged over periphery, pivotally interconnected, and bear on the inner side of the pipeline. The rotatable unit is pivotally connected with the plunger that is movably mounted in the pipe provided with the flange. The plunger is sealed within the pipe by means of seals. The plunger receives the rack gearing that has the pinion and rack with a seal. The rack is pivotally connected with the rotatable unit through the tie. The axle of the pinion is provided with the handle having locator for permitting the handle to be locked on the plunger at the initial and working positions.
