SUBSTANCE: device for recognition of securities contains battery 1; circuit 5 for self-blocking, connected between battery 1 and controller 2 of drive and capable of switching between active state, meant for feeding electric energy from battery 1 to sensor 4 for determining authenticity and controller 2 of drive, and inactive state, meant for stopping energy feeding; launching element 6 for switching circuit 5 for self-blocking, in active state, to inactive state. Inactive state of circuit 5 for self-blocking during period when device is not used, saves electric energy, thus increasing lifetime and replacement cycle for battery 1.

EFFECT: decreased energy consumption.
